DELIVERY & RETURNS

Home delivery costs £5.00, and is available to the UK only. Please take note of the planned arrival date when checking out with your order.

For international orders, please note, since the UK left the European Union, there may be further costs associated with your order that is beyond our control, such as local taxes and import fees. Please check with your local authorities for clarification.

In terms of refunds, you have a 14 day window from receipt of your goods within which you can return your product to us for a full refund. Please note, you are required to pay for all return delivery costs.

Include a note with your request and your order number and we will process the request for you. We cannot process direct product exchanges. You will need to return your original items for a refund and re-place your order online.
